【摘要】：人口的性別結(jié)構(gòu)是影響中國社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素,性別失衡問題已經(jīng)成為中國社會治理面臨的重大問題;基于重大攻關(guān)課題"中國人口性別結(jié)構(gòu)與社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究"的主要成果,以中國性別失衡與社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論、實(shí)踐與政策創(chuàng)新、人口性別結(jié)構(gòu)研究為切入點(diǎn),提出了研究人口發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一種跨學(xué)科的研究范式與框架,系統(tǒng)分析了性別結(jié)構(gòu)失衡產(chǎn)生的社會風(fēng)險,研究了性別失衡對公共安全與社會穩(wěn)定等社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題的影響,對性別失衡及其后果的綜合治理進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的制度分析與戰(zhàn)略研究;在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出有針對性的、前瞻性的政策建議,從而有效減緩和預(yù)防性別失衡及其一系列的社會人口后果,降低社會風(fēng)險、有力促進(jìn)社會穩(wěn)定,推進(jìn)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The gender structure of the population is an important factor affecting the sustainable development of Chinese society, and the gender imbalance has become a major problem in China's social governance. Based on the main achievements of the major research project "China's population gender structure and the strategy of social sustainable development", this paper takes the theory, practice and policy innovation of China's gender imbalance and social sustainable development, and the study of population gender structure as the starting point. This paper presents an interdisciplinary paradigm and framework for studying population development and sustainable economic and social development, and systematically analyzes the social risks arising from the imbalance of gender structure. This paper studies the impact of gender imbalance on social sustainable development, such as public security and social stability, and makes a systematic and systematic system analysis and strategic study on the comprehensive management of gender imbalance and its consequences. Forward-looking policy recommendations to effectively mitigate and prevent gender imbalance and its series of socio-demographic consequences, reduce social risks, contribute to social stability and promote social sustainable development.
