【摘要】：近年來,中國(guó)長(zhǎng)期滯留在人口老齡化程度日趨嚴(yán)峻、撫養(yǎng)總負(fù)擔(dān)不斷加重與居民消費(fèi)率持續(xù)下降并存的矛盾體中,那么如何針對(duì)人口現(xiàn)狀特征,打開提高居民消費(fèi)率的缺口呢?本文構(gòu)建了人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)影響居民消費(fèi)的理論模型,并利用中國(guó)東西部地區(qū)的省際面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明,東部地區(qū)少兒撫養(yǎng)比減小,老年撫養(yǎng)比增加都會(huì)增加居民消費(fèi),而西部地區(qū)少兒撫養(yǎng)比的變化對(duì)居民消費(fèi)影響較小,老年撫養(yǎng)比的變化對(duì)居民消費(fèi)沒有明顯影響。據(jù)此針對(duì)不同地區(qū)提出不同建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has been stuck in the contradiction that the aging degree of the population is becoming increasingly severe, the total burden of raising is increasing and the consumption rate of residents is declining. So how to open the gap of increasing the consumption rate according to the characteristics of the population? This paper constructs a theoretical model of the effect of the change of population age structure on the consumption of residents, and makes an empirical analysis by using the inter-provincial panel data of the eastern and western regions of China. The results show that the dependency ratio of children in the eastern region decreases. The increase of old-age dependency ratio will increase residents' consumption, but the change of children's dependency ratio will have little effect on residents' consumption, but the change of old age's dependency ratio will have no obvious effect on residents' consumption. According to this, different suggestions are put forward for different regions.
