【摘要】：過(guò)去三十多年來(lái),特別是上世紀(jì)九十年代末期以來(lái),我國(guó)最終居民消費(fèi)率一直呈下降趨勢(shì),除了其他因素以外,無(wú)疑也與中國(guó)總?cè)丝谀挲g結(jié)構(gòu)變化有關(guān)。論文首先分析了改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)我國(guó)人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)和居民消費(fèi)的變化,著重闡述了人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)影響居民消費(fèi)規(guī)模以及消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的機(jī)理。然后,采用2005-2014年的省際面板數(shù)據(jù),將少撫養(yǎng)比和老撫養(yǎng)比作為人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)的變量引入,使用固定效應(yīng)模型針對(duì)我國(guó)人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)居民消費(fèi)率的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示,少撫養(yǎng)比對(duì)居民消費(fèi)率產(chǎn)生正影響,老撫養(yǎng)比對(duì)居民消費(fèi)率產(chǎn)生負(fù)影響。還采用我國(guó)2000年至2014年的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù),使用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法對(duì)我國(guó)人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)與居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示,少兒人口對(duì)食品、衣著以及文教娛樂(lè)項(xiàng)目的消費(fèi)支出影響較大,勞動(dòng)人口對(duì)衣著、居住和家庭設(shè)備及用品項(xiàng)目的消費(fèi)支出影響較大,老年人口對(duì)于醫(yī)療保健項(xiàng)目的消費(fèi)支出影響較大。并且對(duì)于農(nóng)村居民的老年人口來(lái)說(shuō),對(duì)居住項(xiàng)目的消費(fèi)支出影響也較大。從總體上來(lái)說(shuō),人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響要稍大于對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。最后,本文在理論分析和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)目前人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)和居民消費(fèi)的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)政府提出了一些相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the past thirty years, especially since the late 90s of the last century, the consumption rate of our country's final residents has been declining. In addition to other factors, it is undoubtedly related to the changes in the age structure of the total population of China. The age structure of the population affects the scale of consumption and the mechanism of consumption structure. Then, the interprovincial panel data of 2005-2014 years are used to introduce the variable and the old dependency ratio as the age structure of the population. The relationship between the population age structure and the population consumption rate is tested by the fixed effect model. The results show that the relationship between the population age structure and the population consumption rate is tested. There is a positive impact on the consumption rate of the resident consumption ratio, and the old dependency ratio has a negative impact on the consumption rate of the residents. The time series data from 2000 to 2014 in China are also used to test the relationship between the age structure of the population and the consumption structure of the residents in China. The result shows that the children are dressed for food. As well as the consumption expenditure of cultural and educational entertainment projects has a greater impact on the consumption expenditure on clothing, housing and household equipment and supplies, the elderly population has a greater impact on the consumption expenditure of health care projects. And for the elderly population of rural residents, the consumption expenditure on residential projects is also larger. In general, the influence of population age structure on the consumption structure of rural residents is slightly greater than the impact on the consumption structure of urban residents. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to the government based on the current population age structure and the current situation of residents' consumption in China.
