【摘要】：利用2000年和2010年的全國人口普查資料、2005年全國1%人口抽樣調(diào)查資料以及國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局公布的相關(guān)人口數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)第五次人口普查和第六次人口普查期間中國城鎮(zhèn)人口的增長構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了估算。在"五普"至"六普"期間中國城鎮(zhèn)人口的增長構(gòu)成發(fā)生了很大的變化,具體表現(xiàn)在人口從農(nóng)村向城鎮(zhèn)的遷移已成為中國城鎮(zhèn)人口增長的主要來源。在面臨中國城鎮(zhèn)人口增長模式發(fā)生深刻變革的時(shí)候,中國亟需解決的問題是從政策和制度層面為從農(nóng)村轉(zhuǎn)移到城鎮(zhèn)的人口的就業(yè)、住房、醫(yī)療、教育和社會(huì)保障等創(chuàng)造良好的條件,使他們?cè)诔擎?zhèn)里安居樂業(yè),從而鞏固人口遷移對(duì)中國城市化的貢獻(xiàn),使中國的城市化順利發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Using the national census data of 2000 and 2010, the data of the 1% population sampling survey in 2005 and the relevant population data published by the National Bureau of statistics, the growth of urban population in China during the fifth census and the sixth census was estimated. The growth of urban population in China during the period of "five" to "six universal". The migration of the population from rural to town has become the main source of urban population growth in China. In the face of profound changes in the mode of urban population growth in China, the problem that China needs to solve is to move from the policy and institutional level to the employment of the population from the rural to the town. Housing, medical care, education and social security create good conditions for them to live and work in cities and towns, thus consolidating the contribution of the population migration to the urbanization of China and making the urbanization of China develop smoothly.
