【摘要】：本文使用國家衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會2014年"流動人口社會融合與心理健康調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),分析了流動人口生活滿意度的基本特征、代際差異和影響因素,著重考察了社會融合對生活滿意度的影響在新老兩代流動人口間的差異。結果表明,流動人口的生活滿意度處于較低水平,第一代流動人口的生活滿意度要明顯高于新生代流動人口;經(jīng)濟融合、文化融合和心理融合對生活滿意度的影響在新老兩代流動人口間存在顯著差異。與第一代流動人口相比,對新生代流動人口的生活滿意度產(chǎn)生顯著影響的主要是居留時間、隨遷家庭人數(shù)、勞動時間、本地長期居住意愿、文化距離和是否熟悉本地話,而對第一代流動人口生活滿意度有顯著影響僅住房類型這一因素。這種代際差異主要源于兩代流動人口在個體稟賦、價值訴求和融入意愿等方面的不同;因此,在制定公共政策時要綜合考慮影響流動人口生活滿意度的主要因素,充分把握群體內(nèi)部的個體差異和心理需求。
[Abstract]:Using the data of the national health and Family Planning Commission's "social integration and mental health survey of floating population" in 2014, this paper analyses the basic characteristics, intergenerational differences and influencing factors of the life satisfaction of the floating population, and focuses on the difference between the social integration and the life satisfaction in the two generation of the new and old floating population. The life satisfaction of the moving population is at a lower level. The life satisfaction of the first generation of the floating population is obviously higher than the new generation of the floating population; the impact of economic integration, cultural integration and psychological integration on the life satisfaction is significant difference between the two generation of the new and old floating population. The main factors affecting the life satisfaction are the time of residence, the number of families, the labor time, the local long-term residence will, the cultural distance and the familiarity with the local language, and the factor of housing type is the only factor that affects the life satisfaction of the first generation of the floating population. This generation difference mainly stems from the two generation of floating population in individual endowment, Therefore, in the formulation of public policy, the main factors that affect the life satisfaction of the floating population should be taken into consideration, and the individual differences and psychological needs within the group should be fully grasped.
