【摘要】:可持續(xù)發(fā)展是注重人類長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的模式,而人口作為其中的活躍因素對這種模式有著重要的影響。在城鎮(zhèn)化的推進(jìn)中由人口急劇增加造成了人口擁擠、資源的過度消耗、環(huán)境的惡化等現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生,可持續(xù)發(fā)展受到重視。人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)與資源環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,三者之間的相互作用和關(guān)系成為區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展中思考的重大課題。 四川省作為中國西南經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地,其人口眾多,資源豐富,如何協(xié)調(diào)其人口、資源、環(huán)境的關(guān)系,優(yōu)良配置資源,以支撐中國第四經(jīng)濟(jì)增長極——成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展是具有現(xiàn)實意義的。 本文從系統(tǒng)整體性出發(fā),以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為理論基礎(chǔ),將人口、資源與環(huán)境看作一個互相影響與作用的整體,通過對可持續(xù)發(fā)展下人口承載力和適度人口等概念及內(nèi)涵的剖析,嘗試從綜合承載力的角度分析區(qū)域的人口承載力和適度人口,深入探討了可持續(xù)發(fā)展下資源與人口之間的關(guān)系。 結(jié)合四川省現(xiàn)實條件,分別建立人口與耕地、人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)、和人口與環(huán)境的子系統(tǒng),運用多種數(shù)學(xué)模型,從定性和定量的方法探討在不同資源約束條件之間的相互關(guān)系,,得出四川省2030年綜合人口承載力。通過人口P-E-R模型計算出四川省適度人口。分析人口資源環(huán)境系統(tǒng)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部關(guān)系,探討其原因,最后提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development is a model that pays attention to the long-term development of human being, and population as an active factor has an important influence on this model. In the process of urbanization, population congestion, excessive consumption of resources, deterioration of environment and so on are caused by the rapid increase of population. Sustainable development is paid more attention to. The coordinated development of population, economy and resources and environment, and their interaction and relationship have become a major issue in regional sustainable development. As the economic hinterland of southwest China, Sichuan Province has a large population and abundant resources. How to coordinate the relationship among population, resources and environment, and allocate resources well, It is of practical significance to support the development of China's fourth economic growth pole-Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper regards population, resources and environment as a whole, and analyzes the concept and connotation of population carrying capacity and moderate population under sustainable development. This paper attempts to analyze the population carrying capacity and the moderate population of the region from the angle of comprehensive bearing capacity, and probes into the relationship between the resources and the population under the condition of sustainable development. Based on the actual conditions of Sichuan Province, the subsystems of population and cultivated land, population and economy, population and environment are established, and the relationship between different resource constraints is discussed by qualitative and quantitative methods using a variety of mathematical models. The comprehensive population carrying capacity of Sichuan Province in 2030 is obtained. The appropriate population of Sichuan Province was calculated by the population P-E-R model. This paper analyzes the internal and external relationship between population, resource and environment system and sustainable development, probes into its causes, and finally puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
