【摘要】：近年來,韓國人口老齡化的發(fā)展不斷加快,由此產(chǎn)生的社會經(jīng)濟問題引起了政府、學(xué)術(shù)界以及社會各界越來越多的關(guān)注。伴隨著韓國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,人口老齡化出現(xiàn)了一些與以往不同的新情況。根據(jù)韓國統(tǒng)計局發(fā)布的《2016韓國統(tǒng)計局主要年齡階層的人口推算》數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2016年全國老年人口數(shù)量達到676.3萬人,人口老齡化水平達到13.2%(世界排名第51位),預(yù)計到2060年老齡化水平將達到的40.1%(世界第2位)。韓國老齡化速度比大部分發(fā)達國家快2至3倍,韓國人口老齡化速度已成為世界之最。另外伴隨著老齡化的是持續(xù)的超低生育率狀況。老齡化社會引起諸多問題從而長期地導(dǎo)致國家競爭力下降,國家需要長期準備與此相關(guān)的對策。在此背景下,本論文從人口老齡化問題的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合定量研究與定性研究的方法,利用韓國人口普查數(shù)據(jù)和韓國國家統(tǒng)計局公布的數(shù)據(jù),對韓國低出生率、老齡化社會的狀況和產(chǎn)生的影響進行分析,并觀察最近人口普查結(jié)果和韓國老齡政策動向,對今后韓國政府可能采取的對策做出評估和預(yù)測,進而提出針對性的對策建議。論文的主要章節(jié)內(nèi)容包括:第一章緒論。說明論文的研究背景及意義,研究方案設(shè)計、研究方法和論文框架安排;第二章是相關(guān)概念界定及文獻綜述。介紹論文涉及的概念定義、主要相關(guān)理論和韓國老齡化的研究綜述;第三章是韓國人口老齡化的現(xiàn)狀和特點。包括韓國人口老齡化的現(xiàn)狀與趨勢,韓國人口老齡化的基本特點。第四章是韓國人口老齡化的問題和社會經(jīng)濟影響。包括韓國老年人口問題,人口老齡化對社會經(jīng)濟的影響,以及老年產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇。第五章是應(yīng)對人口老齡化挑戰(zhàn)的基本對策與思考,提出各領(lǐng)域應(yīng)對方案。最后的部分是文章的結(jié)論和參考文獻。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of population aging in South Korea has been accelerating, resulting in social and economic problems have attracted more and more attention from the government, academia and all walks of life. With the rapid economic development of South Korea, the aging population has appeared some new situation different from the past. According to the data released by the Korean Bureau of Statistics on the population projections of the main age groups of the Korean Bureau of Statistics of 2016, the number of elderly people in the country reached 6.763 million in 2016. Population aging reached 13.2b (51st place in the world, expected to reach 40.1% by 2060) (No. 2 in the world). South Korea is aging two to three times faster than most developed countries, with the country's population aging at the fastest rate in the world. In addition, the aging is accompanied by the persistent extremely low fertility rate. Aging society causes many problems, which leads to the decline of national competitiveness for a long time. In this context, from the point of view of population aging, combining the methods of quantitative and qualitative research, using the Korean census data and the data published by the Korea National Bureau of Statistics, the paper makes use of the low birth rate in South Korea. This paper analyzes the situation and impact of aging society, observes the recent census results and the trend of Korean aging policy, evaluates and forecasts the possible countermeasures taken by the Korean government in the future, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The main chapters of the thesis include: the first chapter is an introduction. Explain the research background and significance, research scheme design, research methods and research framework arrangement. Chapter two is the definition of related concepts and literature review. This paper introduces the definition of the concept, the main related theories and the research review of Korean aging. The third chapter is about the current situation and characteristics of Korean population aging. Including the current situation and trend of Korean population aging, the basic characteristics of Korean population aging. The fourth chapter is the problem of Korean population aging and social and economic impact. It includes the problem of the elderly population in Korea, the impact of the aging population on the social economy, and the challenges and opportunities faced by the elderly industry. The fifth chapter is the basic countermeasures and thinking to deal with the challenge of population aging, and puts forward the countermeasures in various fields. The last part is the conclusion of the article and references.
