【摘要】：以往傳統(tǒng)的理論解釋中,社會流動會導致流動人口與所在階層的疏離和異常壓力,若沒有社會和個人控制,這種疏離和壓力很可能通過社會人員對生活不滿以及對外群體歧視等方式表現(xiàn)出來。然而,利用中國綜合社會調(diào)查(CGSS)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,我們卻發(fā)現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)居民的向上社會流動,如職業(yè)流動、教育流動和戶籍流動相反會增加對外來人口的包容;而向下社會流動也并不必然導致更強烈的歧視。尤其是其中向上的社會流動能夠有效地降低城鎮(zhèn)居民的相對剝奪感,提升生人信任和社會公平認知,進而顯著降低對外來人口的歧視。因此,全面促進社會流動和保持社會開放性是提升城鎮(zhèn)居民對外來人口包容的重要路徑。
[Abstract]:In the traditional theoretical explanation, social mobility will lead to the alienation and abnormal pressure of the floating population from the strata, if there is no social and personal control, This alienation and pressure is likely to be expressed through social dissatisfaction with life and discrimination among foreign groups. However, by using the CGSS-based data of China Comprehensive Social Survey, we find that the upward social mobility of urban residents, such as occupational mobility, education flow and household registration flow, on the contrary, will increase the inclusion of the foreign population; Nor does downward mobility necessarily lead to stronger discrimination. Especially, the upward social mobility can effectively reduce the sense of relative deprivation of urban residents, enhance the trust of strangers and social justice, and thus significantly reduce the discrimination against the foreign population. Therefore, to promote social mobility and maintain social openness is an important way to promote the tolerance of urban residents to the foreign population.
