上海外來(lái)人口生存狀態(tài)與社會(huì)融合研究

摘要:中國(guó)的城市化過(guò)程極為特殊,主要表現(xiàn)在城市人口中形成了一個(gè)龐大的外來(lái)人口(或農(nóng)民工)集團(tuán)。試圖提出一個(gè)新的城市化模型解釋中國(guó)城市化的這一特殊性,并為打通中國(guó)城市化推進(jìn)的瓶頸、解決龐大外來(lái)人口集團(tuán)在城市的社會(huì)融合問(wèn)題提供政策思路。以上海為例,考察了改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)城市外來(lái)人口的增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)、外來(lái)人口在城市的居住、就業(yè)“生態(tài)”及其在社會(huì)生態(tài)金字塔中的“生態(tài)位”。外來(lái)人口在城市的生存狀態(tài)相對(duì)惡化,與城市居民之間的“城鄉(xiāng)”差異呈擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì),在一定程度上已影響社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。據(jù)提出的城市化新模型和對(duì)上海外來(lái)人口生存狀態(tài)的實(shí)證結(jié)論,社會(huì)融合、建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)的政策思路。關(guān)鍵詞:城市化;外來(lái)人口;生存狀態(tài);社會(huì)融合

Abstract:TheprocessofChina′surbanisationisextremelyspecial,whichresultsinforminga

hugegroupofmigrantpopulation(orpeasantworkers).TheauthorattemptstoexplicatethespecialityofChina′surbanisationbyanewmodel,soastoelaboratethepolicyideasforbreak2ingthroughthebottlenecksofthesocialinclusionofthehugegroupofmigrantpopulationinthemunicipalitiesduringChina′surbanisationprocess.TakingShanghaiasanexample,thearticlefirstlyillustratesthetendencyoftheincreasingofthecity′smigrantpopulationafterChina′sre2formandopeningΟup,aswellasthelivings,employmentecologyandtheecologicalpositionofthemigrantpopulationinthesocialecologicalpyramid.Thenthepaperrevealsthefactsthatthesurvivalconditionsofthemigrantpopulationhavebeenrelativelydeteriorating,andthegapbetweentheurbanresidentsandthemigrantinhabitantsisgrowing.Consequently,thefactswill,toacertainextent,affectthestabilityofthewholesociety.Finally,accordingtothepro2posednewurbanisationmodelandthepracticalconclusionstothesurvivalconditionsofthemi2grantpopulationinShanghai,theauthor,fromaperspectiveofmacro2level,presentshispolicyideasonhowtopromotethesocialinclusionandhowtobuildaharmonioussociety.Keywords:urbanisation;migrantpopulation;survivalconditions,socialinclusion
