上海外來人口生存狀態(tài)與社會融合研究

摘要:中國的城市化過程極為特殊,主要表現(xiàn)在城市人口中形成了一個龐大的外來人口(或農(nóng)民工)集團。試圖提出一個新的城市化模型解釋中國城市化的這一特殊性,并為打通中國城市化推進的瓶頸、解決龐大外來人口集團在城市的社會融合問題提供政策思路。以上海為例,考察了改革開放以來城市外來人口的增長趨勢、外來人口在城市的居住、就業(yè)“生態(tài)”及其在社會生態(tài)金字塔中的“生態(tài)位”。外來人口在城市的生存狀態(tài)相對惡化,與城市居民之間的“城鄉(xiāng)”差異呈擴大趨勢,在一定程度上已影響社會穩(wěn)定。據(jù)提出的城市化新模型和對上海外來人口生存狀態(tài)的實證結論,社會融合、建設和諧社會的政策思路。關鍵詞:城市化;外來人口;生存狀態(tài);社會融合

Abstract:TheprocessofChina′surbanisationisextremelyspecial,whichresultsinforminga

hugegroupofmigrantpopulation(orpeasantworkers).TheauthorattemptstoexplicatethespecialityofChina′surbanisationbyanewmodel,soastoelaboratethepolicyideasforbreak2ingthroughthebottlenecksofthesocialinclusionofthehugegroupofmigrantpopulationinthemunicipalitiesduringChina′surbanisationprocess.TakingShanghaiasanexample,thearticlefirstlyillustratesthetendencyoftheincreasingofthecity′smigrantpopulationafterChina′sre2formandopeningΟup,aswellasthelivings,employmentecologyandtheecologicalpositionofthemigrantpopulationinthesocialecologicalpyramid.Thenthepaperrevealsthefactsthatthesurvivalconditionsofthemigrantpopulationhavebeenrelativelydeteriorating,andthegapbetweentheurbanresidentsandthemigrantinhabitantsisgrowing.Consequently,thefactswill,toacertainextent,affectthestabilityofthewholesociety.Finally,accordingtothepro2posednewurbanisationmodelandthepracticalconclusionstothesurvivalconditionsofthemi2grantpopulationinShanghai,theauthor,fromaperspectiveofmacro2level,presentshispolicyideasonhowtopromotethesocialinclusionandhowtobuildaharmonioussociety.Keywords:urbanisation;migrantpopulation;survivalconditions,socialinclusion
