【摘要】：20世紀(jì)60年代,由于人口增長(zhǎng)過快給經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展造成較大壓力等原因,北京市開展了一場(chǎng)計(jì)劃生育運(yùn)動(dòng)。在運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中,北京市建立了逐級(jí)的計(jì)劃生育組織,發(fā)現(xiàn)并培訓(xùn)了宣傳骨干,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了經(jīng)常、深入和細(xì)致的宣傳工作,初步形成了計(jì)劃生育器具銷售和醫(yī)療技術(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。作為計(jì)劃生育工作的第一次實(shí)踐,這場(chǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)延緩了人口的快速增長(zhǎng),盡管運(yùn)動(dòng)未能持續(xù)進(jìn)行,但卻使群眾對(duì)計(jì)劃生育有了初步的認(rèn)識(shí),初步奠定了開展計(jì)劃生育工作的群眾基礎(chǔ)和思想基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In 1960s, a family planning movement was carried out in Beijing because of the rapid population growth which caused great pressure on economic and social development. In the course of the movement, Beijing had established a family planning organization by level, found and trained the backbone of the propaganda, and carried out a regular, thorough and meticulous propaganda work. As the first practice of family planning work, the first practice of family planning work has delayed the rapid growth of the population. Although the movement has not been carried out continuously, it has made the masses have a preliminary understanding of family planning, and initially laid the mass foundation and ideological basis for carrying out the work of planning and breeding.
