【摘要】：人口老齡化是一個世界性的問題,在直視人口老齡化所帶來的挑戰(zhàn)時,更要充分認識和發(fā)現(xiàn)人口老齡化所創(chuàng)造的機遇。中國人口老齡化快速發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)和社會轉(zhuǎn)型相交織,與工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化加速發(fā)展相伴隨,與勞動力規(guī)模龐大并存,收獲人口紅利的機會猶在。隨著人力資本大幅提升,老年人力資源開發(fā)潛力巨大,更為收獲人口質(zhì)量紅利奠定了夯實的基礎。積極應對人口老齡化的制度優(yōu)勢正在彰顯,中國特色社會主義制度在推動積極應對人口老齡化事業(yè)方面的獨特優(yōu)勢正在日益展現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Population aging is a worldwide problem. When we look directly at the challenges brought by population aging, we should fully understand and discover the opportunities created by population aging. The rapid development of China's aging population is intertwined with the new normal of economic development and social transformation, accompanied by the accelerated development of industrialization and urbanization, coexisting with the large scale of labor force, and the opportunity to reap the demographic dividend. With the development of human capital, the potential of human resources development for the elderly is huge, which lays a solid foundation for harvesting the dividend of population quality. The institutional advantage of dealing with the aging of the population is showing, and the unique advantage of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in promoting the cause of the aging of the population is showing day by day.
