【摘要】： 隨著全球化進(jìn)程的加速和北京逐步向國(guó)際化大都市邁進(jìn),在京外國(guó)人群體在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和城市發(fā)展中扮演著十分重要的角色,這一群體也引起政府和學(xué)界的關(guān)注。在此背景之下,首都經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)人口經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所于2008年11月-2009年6月先后組織了“北京市外國(guó)留學(xué)生調(diào)查”,“麥子店街道外籍居民試點(diǎn)調(diào)查”,“外國(guó)人在京狀況調(diào)查”。本文就是以這些資料和數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合歷史文獻(xiàn)形成的。 論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)、調(diào)查等研究方法。論文分析了歷史資料、國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)管理理念和服務(wù)方式�？偨Y(jié)了北市外國(guó)人的發(fā)展歷程、基本狀況、基本需求和在北京生活面臨的一些問(wèn)題。以非概率配額實(shí)地調(diào)查獲得的數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)北京市的外國(guó)人這個(gè)群體做了實(shí)證分析。針對(duì)如何建設(shè)國(guó)際化城市,如何管理服務(wù)外國(guó)人提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策、建議。 因此,論文對(duì)北京市外國(guó)人的系統(tǒng)研究旨在回答三個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題：一、在京外國(guó)人是怎樣一步一步發(fā)展到今天的規(guī)模,即在京外國(guó)人的發(fā)展歷程揭示。二、在京外國(guó)人的現(xiàn)狀和特征怎樣,分為就業(yè)、留學(xué)生、外國(guó)專家、旅游和等幾個(gè)方面。三、外國(guó)人在北京工作、學(xué)習(xí)和生活中遇到哪些困難。四、關(guān)于外國(guó)人管理和服務(wù)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of globalization and the gradual development of Beijing into an international metropolis, foreigners in Beijing play a very important role in the economic globalization and urban development, and this group has also attracted the attention of the government and academic circles. In this context, from November 2008 to June 2009, the Institute of population and Economics of the Capital University of Economics and Technology organized the "investigation of Foreign students in Beijing", "the pilot investigation of Foreign residents in Maizidian Street", and "the investigation of the status of foreigners in Beijing". This article is based on these data and data, combined with historical literature. This paper mainly adopts literature, investigation and other research methods. The paper analyzes the historical data, advanced management concepts and service methods at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the development course, basic situation, basic needs and some problems of living in Beijing. Based on the data obtained from the field survey of non-probabilistic quotas, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the group of foreigners in Beijing. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to build an international city and how to manage and serve foreigners. Therefore, the thesis aims to answer three questions: first, how did the foreigners in Beijing develop to the scale of today, that is, the development of foreigners in Beijing. Second, the status and characteristics of foreigners in Beijing are divided into employment, international students, foreign experts, tourism and other aspects. Third, what difficulties foreigners encounter in working, studying and living in Beijing. Fourth, the countermeasures and suggestions on the management and service of foreigners.
