【摘要】：我國(guó)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出政府推動(dòng)的特征。在圍繞農(nóng)業(yè)科技、土地流轉(zhuǎn)、農(nóng)業(yè)公共服務(wù)和農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)合作組織方面就農(nóng)民對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的需求狀況進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在整體上農(nóng)民對(duì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)有強(qiáng)烈的需求。在以年齡、學(xué)歷、收入和職業(yè)為特征的人口分層視角下進(jìn)一步分析可以發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民對(duì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的需求呈現(xiàn)出較大差異。針對(duì)這種差異,本文提出了創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技化服務(wù)機(jī)制、完善土地規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)的機(jī)制、健全農(nóng)村就業(yè)及社會(huì)保障機(jī)制、建立農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織監(jiān)督管理機(jī)制的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The development of modern agriculture of our country presents the characteristic that government promotes. In the aspects of agricultural science and technology, land circulation, agricultural public service and agricultural professional cooperative organizations, the farmers' demand for modern agriculture is analyzed. It is found that farmers have a strong demand for the development of modern agriculture on the whole. From the perspective of population stratification, which is characterized by age, education, income and occupation, it can be found that the demand of farmers for the development of modern agriculture is quite different. In view of this difference, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of innovating the service mechanism of modern agricultural science and technology, perfecting the mechanism of land scale management, perfecting the mechanism of rural employment and social security, and establishing the supervision and management mechanism of agricultural cooperative organization.
