【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì),人口數(shù)量的增長速度已得到有效控制,人口結(jié)構(gòu)成為當(dāng)今各界廣泛關(guān)注的一個課題,例如人口的性別比例、老齡化問題等等。這是因為人口結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理對于一個地區(qū)的發(fā)展有著非常重要的意義。就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,人口城鄉(xiāng)比例影響城市化發(fā)展,人口文化素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)影響區(qū)域的人力資源和社會的精神文明建設(shè)。而這些方面會直接影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的速度和水平。因此,如果能夠通過分析內(nèi)蒙古全局和各盟市的人口結(jié)構(gòu)的差異,并采取相應(yīng)措施優(yōu)化人口結(jié)構(gòu),勢必會加快內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)的城市化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的速度。 本文首先對人口結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)概念、理論和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了概述；其次,描述了內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)及十二盟市的人口總量、人口密度以及人口的性別結(jié)構(gòu)、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)構(gòu)、文化素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)和民族結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀,并分析了內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)的人口結(jié)構(gòu)特征；再次,以前一部分中描述的人口結(jié)構(gòu)為數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),運用因子分析法對內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)2001年至2010年的人口結(jié)構(gòu)綜合水平進(jìn)行評價。并以2011年第六次人口普查結(jié)果為數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),對內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)及十二盟市2010年11月1日零時的人口結(jié)構(gòu)綜合水平進(jìn)行評價；然后,對十二盟市人口結(jié)構(gòu)綜合水平進(jìn)行分析和對比,并提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化建議；最后,對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),得出主要結(jié)論,并提出一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, the population growth rate has been effectively controlled, and the population structure has become a widespread concern of all walks of life, such as the gender ratio of the population, the aging problem and so on. This is because the population structure is reasonable for the development of a region has very important significance. The structure of employment affects the development of three industries of regional economy, the proportion of urban and rural population affects the development of urbanization, and the structure of cultural quality of population affects the construction of human resources and social spiritual civilization in the region. These aspects will directly affect the speed and level of regional economic development. Therefore, if we can analyze the differences between the overall situation of Inner Mongolia and the population structure of each league city, and take corresponding measures to optimize the population structure, it is bound to accelerate the speed of urbanization and regional economic development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. In this paper, the concept, theory and literature of population structure are first summarized. Secondly, the total population, population density, gender structure, age structure, employment structure of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and 12 cities are described. The present situation of urban and rural structure, cultural quality structure and national structure, and analyzed the population structure characteristics of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. Thirdly, the population structure described in the previous part is the data base. The comprehensive level of population structure of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region from 2001 to 2010 was evaluated by factor analysis method. Based on the results of the sixth census in 2011, this paper evaluates the comprehensive level of population structure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and Twelve League cities at 00:00 on November 1, 2010, and then analyzes and compares the comprehensive level of population structure of the 12 League cities. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper, draws the main conclusions, and puts forward some policy suggestions.
