【摘要】：本論文用馬克思主義哲學(xué)角度考察科爾沁右翼中旗人口老齡化問(wèn)題的成因、特點(diǎn)、以及由此產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)影響,最后提出解決問(wèn)題的措施和建議。 本論文由引言、第一部分、第二部分、第三部分、小結(jié)等五個(gè)部分組成。 引言里主要闡述了選題意義、研究綜述、研究方法、科爾沁右翼中旗的基本概況以及人口老齡化的概念界定。 第一部分,闡述了科爾沁右翼中旗人口老齡問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀和人口老齡化的特點(diǎn)。 第二部分,分析了科爾沁右翼中旗人口老齡化的成因及給社會(huì)帶來(lái)的影響。社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生的提高、人口流動(dòng)、計(jì)劃生育政策等等都導(dǎo)致人口老齡化問(wèn)題。 第三部分,通過(guò)理性分析,從科右中旗現(xiàn)階段實(shí)際出發(fā),提出了既有理論價(jià)值又有實(shí)踐意義的解決人口老齡化問(wèn)題的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, this paper examines the causes, characteristics and social impact of the aging population in Horqin's right-wing mid-banners, and finally puts forward some measures and suggestions to solve the problem. This thesis consists of five parts: introduction, part two, part three, summary. In the introduction, the significance of the topic, research review, research methods, the basic situation of Horqin right-wing flag and the definition of the concept of population aging are described. In the first part, the present situation of population aging and the characteristics of population aging in Horqin right-wing Banner are expounded. The second part analyzes the causes of population aging and its influence on the society. The rapid development of social economy and the improvement of health care, population mobility, family planning policy and so on lead to the aging of the population. In the third part, through rational analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of population aging with both theoretical value and practical significance.
