【摘要】：正當(dāng)下,我國農(nóng)村呈現(xiàn)村莊在減少、住房條件在改善、生活質(zhì)量在提高的局面,但是也面臨著垃圾處理難度大、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施欠賬多、"空心村"現(xiàn)象待治理、農(nóng)村勞動力的準(zhǔn)城市化等問題。對此,建議著重從以下幾方面推進(jìn)村莊建設(shè):第一,要按層次推進(jìn)村莊建設(shè)。第二,要以產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和園區(qū)建設(shè)為推動力。第三,要分類型解決重點問題。
[Abstract]:Just now, rural villages in China are decreasing, housing conditions are improving, and the quality of life is improving. However, they are also faced with the difficulty of garbage disposal, the large amount of infrastructure debts, and the phenomenon of "hollow villages" to be dealt with. The quasi-urbanization of rural labor force and so on. In this regard, it is suggested to promote village construction from the following aspects: first, to promote village construction according to levels. Second, to industry chain and park construction as the driving force. Third, we should solve key problems by type.
