【摘要】：基于中國流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)(2014年),實證分析政府培訓(xùn)對流動人口的收入效應(yīng)。回歸結(jié)果表明,政府培訓(xùn)能夠顯著提高流動人口的收入,其"收入溢價"效應(yīng)為2.4%,但政府培訓(xùn)的收入效應(yīng)具有異質(zhì)性,城-城流動人口高于鄉(xiāng)-城流動人口、簽訂合同者高于未簽訂合同者;分位數(shù)回歸結(jié)果顯示,隨著分位數(shù)水平的上升,政府培訓(xùn)對流動人口的收入效應(yīng)呈"U"型變化,對中等收入者影響小,對低收入者和高收入者影響大,最大的獲益者是高收入者;采用傾向得分匹配法解決樣本自選擇問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)處理組的平均處理效應(yīng)約為3%,這表明政府培訓(xùn)對流動人口的"收入溢價"效應(yīng)顯著存在。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of dynamic monitoring of floating population in China (2014), this paper empirically analyzes the income effect of government training on floating population. The regression results show that government training can significantly improve the income of floating population, and its "income premium" effect is 2.4%, but the income effect of government training is heterogeneity, the urban-city floating population is higher than the rural-city floating population. The results of quantile regression showed that with the increase of the quantile level, the income effect of government training on the floating population showed a "U" type change, and a small impact on the middle income group. It has great influence on the low income and high income, and the biggest beneficiary is the high income, and the tendency score matching method is used to solve the problem of sample selections. It is found that the average treatment effect of the treatment group is about 3, which indicates that the "income premium" effect of government training on the floating population is significant.
