【摘要】：正實(shí)行計(jì)劃生育30多年來(lái),我國(guó)人口計(jì)生工作取得了舉世矚目的偉大成就,促進(jìn)了人口自身協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,以及人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)相協(xié)調(diào)、與資源環(huán)境相適應(yīng)。隨著時(shí)間的推移,當(dāng)前第一批響應(yīng)黨和政府的號(hào)召,自覺實(shí)行計(jì)劃生育的群眾已經(jīng)開始步入老年,老齡化、少子化、空巢化、離散化使得傳統(tǒng)家庭功能呈弱化趨勢(shì),他們的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)面臨諸多困難。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, the family planning work of our country has made great achievements, promoted the coordinated development of the population itself, coordinated the population with the economy and society, and adapted to the resources and environment.With the passage of time, the first batch of people who responded to the call of the party and the government and consciously implemented family planning have begun to step into old age, aging, minority children, empty nests, and discretization, which has weakened the traditional family function.Their pension services face many difficulties.
