【摘要】：1980年后中國實行嚴(yán)格的計劃生育政策,陳云是"只生一個"政策的堅定支持者。在此后的30多年間,幾經(jīng)調(diào)整的計劃生育政策,為中國人口數(shù)量的有效控制和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻。我們在梳理陳云關(guān)于計劃生育的決斷中,進一步理解了他作為共產(chǎn)黨人的民族大義和赤子情懷。面對今天人口問題出現(xiàn)的新形勢和新變化,陳云的長遠(yuǎn)眼光,以及綜合平衡、統(tǒng)籌兼顧等思想原則,啟示我們在堅持計劃生育長期性的同時,適應(yīng)時代的發(fā)展變化,不斷改革并努力構(gòu)建符合中國國情和人口發(fā)展規(guī)律的生育政策。
[Abstract]:Chen Yun was a staunch supporter of China's strict one-child policy after 1980.In the following 30 years, the adjusted family planning policy has made great contributions to the effective control of China's population and economic and social development.In combing Chen Yun's decision on family planning, we further understand his national righteousness and feelings as a communist.In the face of the new situation and new changes in today's population problems, Chen Yun's long-term vision, as well as the ideological principles of comprehensive balance and overall consideration, enlighten us that while adhering to the long-term nature of family planning, we should adapt to the development and changes of the times.Continuous reform and efforts to build a fertility policy in line with China's national conditions and the law of population development.
