論老齡社會(huì)與高職院校服務(wù)人才的培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:我國(guó)進(jìn)入老齡社會(huì),急需建設(shè)社會(huì)化養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系,但專業(yè)人才稀缺難求已成為發(fā)展的瓶頸。人才培養(yǎng)工作面臨市場(chǎng)需求大、在崗人員素質(zhì)低的挑戰(zhàn),存在數(shù)量少、質(zhì)量低、培養(yǎng)體系不完備的問題,需要形成"研究型、管理型、服務(wù)型"的培養(yǎng)格局。高職院校應(yīng)抓住機(jī)遇,在學(xué)歷教育、產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合、老年社會(huì)文化、繼續(xù)教育與培訓(xùn)方面進(jìn)行改革與創(chuàng)新,充分發(fā)揮職業(yè)教育服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的功能。
[Abstract]:It is urgent for our country to build a socialized old-age service system, but the shortage of professional talents has become the bottleneck of development.The training of talents is faced with the challenge of large market demand and low quality of the personnel in the post. There are some problems such as low quantity, low quality and incomplete training system. It is necessary to form a pattern of "research type, management type and service type".Higher vocational colleges should seize the opportunity to reform and innovate in the aspects of education of academic qualifications, combination of production, learning and research, social culture of the elderly, continuing education and training, and give full play to the function of vocational education in serving the development of local economy.
