【摘要】：正2010年9月,國家人口計生委出臺《關(guān)于進一步支持甘肅人口和計劃生育工作的意見》,提出將甘肅省建設(shè)成為全國人口和計劃生育利益導(dǎo)向政策體系示范區(qū)。兩年多來,甘肅省把"示范區(qū)"建設(shè)作為人口計生工作的一項重要任務(wù),作為保障和改善民生、健全人口計生利益導(dǎo)向機制的重要抓手,不斷強化黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、政策統(tǒng)籌、部門協(xié)調(diào)和任務(wù)落實,"示范區(qū)"建設(shè)積極穩(wěn)步推進并取得了階段性成效。
[Abstract]:In September 2010, the State population and Family Planning Commission issued the opinions on further supporting the population and Family Planning work in Gansu Province, and proposed to build Gansu Province into a model area of the national population and family planning interest oriented policy system.For more than two years, Gansu Province has taken the construction of "demonstration zones" as an important task in the work of population and family planning, as an important grasp of protecting and improving people's livelihood, and improving the guiding mechanism for the interests of population and family planning, and has constantly strengthened party and government leadership and coordinated policies.Departmental coordination and implementation of tasks, "demonstration zone" construction actively and steadily promoted and achieved periodic results.
