【摘要】：正今年春節(jié)以來,湖南省常德市鼎城區(qū)利用流動人口返鄉(xiāng)高峰之際,開展流動人口"面碰面"活動,采集流動人口信息,詳細(xì)掌握流動人口地址、聯(lián)系方式、QQ、微信等,以便于流動人口的管理與服務(wù)工作,更是為有效解決留守老人與子女、留守兒童與父母的聯(lián)絡(luò)與情感交流問題,促進(jìn)社會和諧穩(wěn)定。為幫助日常生活中留守老人和留守兒童解除思念親人之苦,鼎城區(qū)衛(wèi)計局指派熟悉電腦的年輕工作人員建立了"親情QQ",同時各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)
[Abstract]:Since the Spring Festival this year, at the time of the return of the floating population to their hometowns in Dingcheng District, Changde City, Hunan Province, the floating population has been carrying out "meeting with each other" activities to collect information on the floating population, to grasp the address of the floating population in detail, to contact them in QQQ, WeChat, and so on.In order to facilitate the management and service of the floating population, it is more effective to solve the problems of communication and emotional exchange between the elderly and the children, the left-behind children and their parents, and to promote social harmony and stability.In order to help the elderly and children left behind in their daily lives to relieve the suffering of missing their loved ones, the Dingcheng District Health and Planning Bureau assigned young staff members familiar with computers to set up "kindred QQ", and at the same time, the villages and towns were established.
