【摘要】：家庭是人類(lèi)賴以生存和發(fā)展的基本社會(huì)單位,提高家庭發(fā)展能力,在家庭傳統(tǒng)功能逐步弱化、抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等能力有所下降的時(shí)代背景下,對(duì)于社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。“城市生活e站”是新形勢(shì)下,由人口計(jì)生部門(mén)牽頭,多方面共同參與打造的平臺(tái),旨在通過(guò)加強(qiáng)和創(chuàng)新城市社會(huì)管理,提高人口和計(jì)劃生育公共服務(wù)水平,提高家庭發(fā)展能力,引導(dǎo)和幫助廣大居民通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲取各種知識(shí)、了解所需信息、享受公共服務(wù),轉(zhuǎn)變生活方式,逐步提高生活品質(zhì)。筆者以參與觀察的方式對(duì)馬鞍山市11個(gè)城市生活e站的工作進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,通過(guò)切身參與其中的感受、與社區(qū)居民的訪談以及191份有效調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,分析了馬鞍山市“城市生活e站”的工作現(xiàn)狀、面臨的主要問(wèn)題及應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:Family is the basic social unit on which human beings depend for survival and development. Under the background of the gradual weakening of family's traditional function and the decline of its ability to resist risks and so on, it improves the ability of family development.For the harmonious and stable development of society has important theoretical value and practical significance."Urban life e station" is a platform under the new situation, led by the population and family planning department, with the participation of many parties. It aims to improve the public service level of population and family planning through strengthening and innovating urban social management.Improve the ability of family development, guide and help the majority of residents to acquire all kinds of knowledge through the Internet, understand the information needed, enjoy public services, change the way of life, and gradually improve the quality of life.This paper analyzes the present situation, main problems and countermeasures of "urban life e station" in Ma'anshan city.
