【摘要】：本文從社會學、人類學等綜合視角,把當代經濟社會發(fā)展中起著重要作用的流動人口作為研究對象,對康巴什新區(qū)的流動人口進行調查研究。真實地展現(xiàn)康巴什新區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)建設過程中流動人口群體生活狀況,反映了當代中國城市化過程中的突出問題。并對此進行詳細分析,同時提出相應對策。 本文在緒論部分說明選題的緣由和研究意義,介紹研究背景及學術研究動態(tài)等內容。 第一章,把流動人口現(xiàn)象視為社會事實,論文中重新界定“流動人口”的概念�！吧鐓^(qū)”作為城市流動人口研究的突破口,即“從社區(qū)看社會”。本章還介紹了神華康城社區(qū)的背景,并說明了把神華康城社區(qū)作為樣本的緣由。 第二章,主要針對社區(qū)人口現(xiàn)狀及其相關問題進行統(tǒng)計、分析。把神華康城社區(qū)作為樣本進行調查,共收獲176份有效問卷、4份個人訪談記錄和1份個案調查�？陀^地反映了康巴什新區(qū)流動人口的工作、生活等問題。 第三章,總結得出構成康巴什新區(qū)流動人口的兩個主要群體——農民工和新生代務工人員。概括了康巴什新區(qū)流動人口的特征、社會功能,對流動人口管理和流動人口市民化等問題提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of sociology and anthropology, this paper takes the floating population, which plays an important role in the development of contemporary economy and society, as the object of study. This paper investigates and studies the floating population in Kangbashi New area. It shows the living conditions of the floating population groups in the process of urban construction in Kangbashi New area, and reflects the outstanding problems in the process of urbanization in contemporary China. At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed. In the introduction part, this paper explains the reason and significance of the topic, introduces the research background and academic research trends. In the first chapter, the phenomenon of floating population is regarded as a social fact, and the concept of "floating population" is redefined in this paper. "Community" is the breakthrough point in the study of urban floating population. This chapter also introduces the background of Shenhua Kangcheng Community and explains the reason why Shenhua Kangcheng Community is taken as a sample. The second chapter mainly aims at the community population present situation and the related question carries on the statistics, analyzes. Takes the Shenhua Kangcheng community as the sample to carry on the investigation. A total of 176 valid questionnaires were collected, including 4 individual interview records and 1 case study, which objectively reflected the work and life problems of the floating population in Kangbashi district. In the third chapter, the author summarizes the two main groups of migrant workers and the new generation of migrant workers in Kangbashi district, and summarizes the characteristics and social functions of the floating population in Kangbashi district. Some suggestions on the management of floating population and the urbanization of floating population are put forward.
