【摘要】：文章以生育政策調(diào)整為社會(huì)背景,分析高齡女性決定生育二孩與產(chǎn)前檢查的過(guò)程,探討當(dāng)前城市高齡二孩孕婦對(duì)高齡生育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)知及其應(yīng)對(duì)孕產(chǎn)醫(yī)學(xué)化的行動(dòng)策略。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高齡女性在醫(yī)療服務(wù)使用中表現(xiàn)出流動(dòng)性的主體經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理性的醫(yī)療選擇策略。面對(duì)孕產(chǎn)醫(yī)學(xué)化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢查,高齡女性依靠主觀身體經(jīng)驗(yàn)調(diào)整自己的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知,逐漸習(xí)得醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)從而理性選擇產(chǎn)前檢查。這一過(guò)程中,高齡女性學(xué)會(huì)了使用醫(yī)院專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ),形成了理性的醫(yī)療實(shí)踐策略,同時(shí)也成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體中的"平民專(zhuān)家"。
[Abstract]:Taking the adjustment of fertility policy as the social background, this paper analyzes the process of the elderly women deciding to have a second child and prenatal examination. To explore the cognition of the risk of old age in urban two-child pregnant women and the strategies to deal with the medicalization of pregnancy and childbirth. In the use of medical services, the elderly women show mobile subjective experience and rational medical choice strategies. In the face of the standard and examination of medicalization of pregnancy and childbirth, the elderly women rely on their subjective physical experience to adjust their risk perception. In the process of acquiring medical knowledge and choosing antenatal examination rationally, older women have learned to use hospital terminology, formed rational medical practice strategies, and become "civilian experts" in the network media at the same time.
