【摘要】：信息資源的開放共享是大數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)與應(yīng)用的重要基礎(chǔ)。人口基礎(chǔ)信息資源作為最重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,具有權(quán)威性、基準(zhǔn)性和基礎(chǔ)性。實現(xiàn)實有人口基礎(chǔ)信息資源的共享交換有利于進一步提升政府監(jiān)管能力、創(chuàng)新社會治理能力以及方便群眾。在創(chuàng)新社會治理大環(huán)境下,浙江省以實有人口基礎(chǔ)信息資源和共享交換平臺建設(shè)項目為載體,逐步形成了"一次采集、共享校核、多次應(yīng)用"的運行模式,夯實了人口基礎(chǔ)信息"一數(shù)一源"基礎(chǔ),為推進各類政務(wù)信息資源開放共享提供了良好的共享樣本。
[Abstract]:The opening and sharing of information resources is an important foundation for big data's construction and application. As the most important strategic resources, population basic information resources are authoritative. The realization of the sharing and exchange of the real population basic information resources is conducive to further enhancing the government's supervisory ability, innovating the social governance ability and making it convenient for the masses. Under the environment of innovating the social governance, In Zhejiang Province, with the actual population basic information resources and the construction project of the sharing exchange platform as the carrier, the operation mode of "one acquisition, shared checking, multiple application" has been gradually formed, which has consolidated the basic population information "one number, one source" basis. It provides a good sample for promoting the open sharing of all kinds of government information resources.
