【摘要】：人口與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是相互影響、相互作用的。人口數(shù)量、人口質(zhì)量、人口結(jié)構(gòu)、人口分布、人口流動等都與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有著密不可分的關(guān)系。同時,人口也是影響經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的主要因素之一,而人口與經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,又是經(jīng)濟持續(xù)增長的關(guān)鍵,也是制約和影響經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的首要因素。其中,人口的數(shù)量、結(jié)構(gòu)、流動、質(zhì)量等人口因素可以直接影響到經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展。因此,解決好人口問題,將有助于解決人口與經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,同時也是經(jīng)濟在良好的人口環(huán)境下健康、快速、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的前提。 從上世紀(jì)90年代開始,延邊州的人口就呈現(xiàn)出與國內(nèi)以及省內(nèi)其它地區(qū)不同的趨勢和特點。從1996年開始,延邊州朝鮮族人口出現(xiàn)了負(fù)增長現(xiàn)象,到2001年延邊州總?cè)丝谝查_始逐漸減少。人口老齡化也是延邊州人口結(jié)構(gòu)中最為突出的人口問題之一。還有由于延邊州外出務(wù)工人口比較多,這就出現(xiàn)了大量勞動人口的流出現(xiàn)象,特別是高素質(zhì)人才的流失比較嚴(yán)重。這些現(xiàn)象不僅會導(dǎo)致延邊州勞動力供給不足以及有效需求投資和消費不足的同時還會給延邊州政府和家庭帶來負(fù)擔(dān),使消費結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化,對提高人們生活質(zhì)量水平和構(gòu)建和諧社會帶來一定的影響。 本文以人口因素對延邊州經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響為主要研究方向,重點研究了相關(guān)人口經(jīng)濟理論、延邊州人口的現(xiàn)狀,以及人口因素對延邊州經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展帶來的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進人口與延邊州經(jīng)濟社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Population and economic development are interacted and interacted. Population quantity, population quality, population structure, population distribution, population mobility are closely related to economic development. Population is also one of the main factors affecting economic and social development, and the coordinated development of population and economy is the key to sustained economic growth and the primary factor that restricts and affects economic development. Quality and other population factors can directly affect the economic and social development. Therefore, a good solution to the population problem will help to solve the coordinated development of population and economy, and at the same time, the economy will be healthy and fast in a good population environment. The premise of coordinated development. Since -10s, the population of Yanbian prefecture has shown different trends and characteristics from those in China and other areas of the province. Since 1996, there has been a negative growth in the population of Korean nationality in Yanbian Prefecture. By 2001, the total population of Yanbian Prefecture had also begun to decrease gradually. The aging population was also one of the most prominent population problems in the population structure of Yanbian Prefecture. This led to the outflow of a large number of working people. In particular, the loss of high-quality talents is quite serious. These phenomena will not only lead to insufficient supply of labor force, insufficient effective demand, investment and consumption in Yanbian Prefecture, but also bring burdens to the government and families of Yanbian Prefecture, and change the consumption structure. To improve people's quality of life and build a harmonious society has a certain impact. In this paper, the impact of population factors on the economic development of Yanbian Prefecture as the main research direction, focusing on the relevant population economic theory, the current situation of the population in Yanbian Prefecture, and the impact of population factors on the economic and social development of Yanbian Prefecture, as well as the impact of population factors on the economic and social development of Yanbian Prefecture. On this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of population and economy and society in Yanbian Prefecture are put forward.
