【摘要】:在多元文化并存的背景下,少數(shù)民族受教育程度的高低直接影響著民族傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承和民族未來的發(fā)展方向,尤其是人口較少民族面對的現(xiàn)代文化沖擊更具挑戰(zhàn)。對東北人口較少民族社區(qū)教育進(jìn)行縱向的、全面的分析比較,找出其發(fā)展規(guī)律及特點,提出必須優(yōu)先發(fā)展民族經(jīng)濟(jì),為民族教育發(fā)展提供平臺;落實教育周邊政策,增強(qiáng)少數(shù)民族教育信心;開展多樣的民族文化活動,提高民族傳統(tǒng)文化學(xué)習(xí)氛圍;開展職業(yè)教育和繼續(xù)教育,增加勞動技能,提高市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the coexistence of multiculturalism, the education level of ethnic minorities has a direct impact on the inheritance of traditional culture and the future development direction of the nation. In particular, the modern culture shock faced by the minority ethnic groups is more challenging. The longitudinal, comprehensive analysis and comparison of the education of the minority ethnic communities in the Northeast, the finding of its development laws and characteristics, the necessity of giving priority to the development of the national economy, To provide a platform for the development of ethnic education; to implement the educational peripheral policies to enhance the educational confidence of ethnic minorities; to carry out various national cultural activities to enhance the learning atmosphere of national traditional culture; to carry out vocational education and continuing education; to increase labor skills; Improve market competitiveness.
