【摘要】：數(shù)據(jù)顯示,從上世紀80年代至今,我國的出生人口性別比已經(jīng)連續(xù)30多年偏離正常值域,即從107上升到120以上,總?cè)丝诔錾詣e比的持續(xù)偏高已經(jīng)是一個不爭的事實,這也使我國成為世界上出生人口性別比失衡程度最嚴重的國家。有學者指出,這是從80年代開始的計劃生育政策帶來的負面影響,也有學者指出這是中國傳統(tǒng)的性別偏好引起的對出生嬰兒性別的選擇。而該問題的日益突出也引起了政府部門的高度重視。 作為整個人口性別結(jié)構(gòu)的起點,出生人口性別比對社會整體的生命歷程有著不可小覷的作用,它的失衡會影響到各級社會單元組織,貫穿個體的全部生命歷程,對社會生活的影響是多層次,全方位的。因此,深入了解該問題的本質(zhì)、影響和后果,不僅僅是解決一個簡單的人口學問題,還是一個事關(guān)全局,事關(guān)國家未來的重大問題。 本文從分析和歸納國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的研究成果出發(fā),分析我國過去以及現(xiàn)階段所面臨的出生人口性別比的問題,并總結(jié)國外一些國家出生人口性別比的趨勢和特點,通過對這些資料的對比,得出出生人口性別比失衡的種種共同點,以此作為對遼寧省出生人口性別比變動狀況研究的切入點。同時,通過對遼寧省歷年人口數(shù)據(jù)的分析,對遼寧省出生人口性別比進行全方位的分析,并預(yù)測未來遼寧省出生人口的發(fā)展趨勢,探討解決出生人口性別比持續(xù)升高的對策。 作為中國北方最重要的城市之一,遼寧省的人口變動對整個中國的人口結(jié)構(gòu)都有舉足輕重的作用,弄清遼寧省出生人口性別比變動的趨勢及其影響因素,對分析整個中國以及各個省份的出生人口性別比問題都有借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The data show that, since -20s, the sex ratio of birth population in China has deviated from the normal range for more than 30 years, that is, rising from 107 to more than 120. It is an indisputable fact that the sex ratio of the total population is on the high side. This has also made China the country with the most serious gender imbalance in the world's birth population. Some scholars have pointed out that this is the negative impact of the family planning policy that began in 80s. Some scholars have also pointed out that this is a traditional Chinese gender preference caused by the choice of the sex of the baby, and the increasingly prominent issue has also attracted great attention from the government. As the starting point of the whole population sex structure, the sex ratio of birth population plays an important role in the whole life course of society. Its imbalance will affect the organization of social unit at all levels and run through the whole life course of individual. The impact on social life is multi-level and omnidirectional. Therefore, to understand the nature, impact and consequences of the problem is not only to solve a simple demographic problem, but also a major issue concerning the overall situation and the future of the country. Based on the analysis and summarization of the existing research results at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems of the sex ratio of birth population faced by our country in the past and at present, and summarizes the trends and characteristics of the sex ratio of birth population in some foreign countries. Through the comparison of these data, the common points of the sex ratio imbalance of the birth population are obtained, which can be used as the starting point for the study of the change of the sex ratio of the birth population in Liaoning Province. At the same time, through the analysis of the population data of Liaoning Province over the years, This paper analyzes the sex ratio of the birth population in Liaoning Province, predicts the development trend of the birth population in the future, and probes into the countermeasures to solve the problem of increasing the sex ratio of the birth population. As one of the most important cities in northern China, the population change in Liaoning Province plays an important role in the population structure of the whole country. It can be used for reference to analyze the sex ratio of birth population in China and every province.
