【摘要】：通常認(rèn)為人口老齡化會(huì)導(dǎo)致技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平下降并制約經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),本文通過(guò)理論分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)對(duì)此提出質(zhì)疑。雖然老年人口本身的創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)新動(dòng)機(jī)會(huì)隨著年齡增長(zhǎng)而下降,但對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)而言,老齡化可以通過(guò)要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)改變和人力資本積累對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)。利用中國(guó)1997-2014年省際面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),我們發(fā)現(xiàn),人口老齡化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有顯著的正向影響,老齡化通過(guò)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的正向交互作用促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng);隨著老齡化程度的加深,老齡化通過(guò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的總邊際效應(yīng)遞增。本文研究證實(shí)了老齡化能夠通過(guò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新路徑抵消對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的不利影響。隨著中國(guó)老齡化深化,加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、提升高齡勞動(dòng)力及老年人口對(duì)技術(shù)變革的適應(yīng)性對(duì)中國(guó)積極應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化和實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:It is generally believed that the aging of the population will lead to the decline of the level of technological innovation and restrict the economic growth, which is questioned by this paper through theoretical analysis and empirical tests, although the innovation ability and motivation of the elderly population itself will decline with the increase of age. But for society as a whole, aging can produce technological innovation effects on economic growth through factor endowment structure change and human capital accumulation. Population aging has a significant positive impact on economic growth. Ageing promotes economic growth through a positive interaction with technological innovation. The total marginal effect of aging on economic growth is increasing through technological innovation. This paper proves that aging can counteract the adverse impact on economic growth through technological innovation path. With the deepening of aging in China, technological innovation is accelerated. It is of great significance for China to actively deal with the aging and realize the economic transformation and development by enhancing the adaptability of the elderly labor force and the elderly population to the technological change.
