【摘要】：1980年代中國(guó)生育政策之所以成為一個(gè)非常重要的社會(huì)學(xué)議題,一方面是它關(guān)涉國(guó)家為了達(dá)到既定的經(jīng)濟(jì)和人口目標(biāo),對(duì)民眾生育子女的數(shù)量實(shí)行了嚴(yán)格限制;另一方面受傳統(tǒng)生育文化以及當(dāng)時(shí)較落后的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、較欠缺的社會(huì)保障背景等多重作用,民眾對(duì)生育子女?dāng)?shù)量的意愿和要求超出了國(guó)家對(duì)生育子女?dāng)?shù)量的限制。通過(guò)對(duì)1980年代國(guó)家為了滿足民眾適當(dāng)?shù)纳庠笇?duì)生育政策的調(diào)整和完善,最后制定出國(guó)家和民眾都較滿意的生育政策這一過(guò)程的分析,可以看出在關(guān)乎沖突雙方現(xiàn)實(shí)利益面前,沖突雙方是有可能尋求現(xiàn)實(shí)利益上的妥協(xié),實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家政策與民眾意愿兩者利益的最大化,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏的。
[Abstract]:In the 1980s, China's fertility policy became a very important sociological issue. On the one hand, it was concerned with the country's strict restrictions on the number of children born to the people in order to achieve the established economic and demographic goals; On the other hand, because of the traditional fertility culture, the relatively backward social economy at that time, and the lack of social security background, and so on, The will and demand of the population for the number of children to be borne exceeds the national limit on the number of children... Through the adjustment and refinement of the fertility policy of the State in the 1980s in order to meet the appropriate fertility aspirations of the population, Finally, through the analysis of the process of formulating a fertility policy that is more satisfactory to the country and the people, we can see that in the face of the realistic interests of both sides of the conflict, it is possible for both parties to the conflict to seek compromise on the real interests. To maximize the benefits of national policy and the will of the people, and ultimately to achieve a win-win.
