利用手機(jī)通話位置數(shù)據(jù)估計(jì)城市24 h人口分布誤差

【摘要】:手機(jī)通話位置數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)成為全球范圍內(nèi)廣泛使用的人類活動(dòng)研究數(shù)據(jù),其為高時(shí)空分辨率的人口分布估計(jì)提供了一種新的途徑。然而,手機(jī)通話位置數(shù)據(jù)具有不規(guī)則稀疏采樣的特點(diǎn),其反映出的人口分布可能具有一定誤差。本研究以深圳市為例,首次結(jié)合24 h連續(xù)定位的手機(jī)信令數(shù)據(jù),分別從時(shí)間和地理維度量化分析了使用手機(jī)通話位置數(shù)據(jù)估計(jì)24 h人口分布的偏差,同時(shí)探討了剔除低頻用戶對上述偏差的影響。本研究揭示,在居民活躍時(shí)間段,使用通話用戶的分布估計(jì)人口分布時(shí),相對誤差的中位數(shù)在25%~30%之間;城市內(nèi)部的土地利用類型與通話用戶人口估計(jì)偏差具有顯著的關(guān)聯(lián);剔除低頻用戶會(huì)略微減小土地利用對人口分布偏差的影響。本研究成果可幫助理解手機(jī)通話位置數(shù)據(jù)在估計(jì)高時(shí)空分辨率人口分布上的局限性和適用性,為合理使用手機(jī)通話位置數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究和應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Mobile phone call location data has become a widely used human activity data worldwide, which provides a new way to estimate the population distribution with high spatial and temporal resolution. However, The mobile phone call position data has the characteristic of irregular sparse sampling, which reflects the population distribution may have certain error. In this study, Shenzhen City as an example, for the first time combined with 24 h continuous location of mobile phone signaling data, In this paper, the deviation of 24 h population distribution using mobile phone call location data is quantitatively analyzed from the time and geographical dimensions respectively, and the influence of eliminating low frequency users on the above deviation is also discussed. When the distribution of telephone users is used to estimate the population distribution, the median of relative error is between 25% and 30%, and there is a significant correlation between the land use types in the city and the deviation of population estimation of telephone users. Eliminating low-frequency users will slightly reduce the impact of land use on population distribution bias. The results of this study can help understand the limitations and applicability of mobile phone call location data in estimating population distribution with high spatial and temporal resolution. It provides a scientific basis for the research and application of mobile phone call position data.
