【摘要】：本文聚焦于當(dāng)前少數(shù)民族的人口流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,擬提出流動(dòng)性嵌入的分析框架以明晰該現(xiàn)象的典型特征與表現(xiàn)。流動(dòng)性嵌入是指針對(duì)少數(shù)民族群體中具有流動(dòng)特性與需求的人口,因主客觀因素而未能在流入地永久居住,其自身非本質(zhì)性差異得到流入地人口接納、尊重并認(rèn)可的變動(dòng)過程與狀態(tài)。以流動(dòng)性嵌入為中心,本文考察了當(dāng)前少數(shù)民族人口流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象的內(nèi)在機(jī)理與外在表現(xiàn)。其內(nèi)在機(jī)理表現(xiàn)為從故地流出到異地嵌入的整個(gè)社會(huì)化過程,呈現(xiàn)出四個(gè)主要環(huán)節(jié):故地環(huán)節(jié)、機(jī)械嵌入環(huán)節(jié)、有機(jī)嵌入環(huán)節(jié)和代際環(huán)節(jié);其外在表現(xiàn)則依據(jù)辨識(shí)程度與嵌入程度的二維視角,呈現(xiàn)出四類現(xiàn)實(shí)狀態(tài):外來優(yōu)勢(shì)型、外來弱勢(shì)型、潛在優(yōu)勢(shì)型和潛在弱勢(shì)型�，F(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中,內(nèi)在機(jī)理的四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)與現(xiàn)實(shí)體現(xiàn)的四類狀態(tài)都表明,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)之可能性及現(xiàn)實(shí)性,如不進(jìn)行剖析化解,在信息高速流動(dòng)的全球化時(shí)代,則容易產(chǎn)生跨時(shí)空的連鎖反應(yīng)。針對(duì)流動(dòng)性嵌入中潛藏的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及張力,本文立足民族團(tuán)結(jié),進(jìn)行了問題剖析及對(duì)策化解。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the current phenomenon of ethnic minority population mobility. This paper proposes an analytical framework of mobility embedding to clarify the typical characteristics and manifestations of this phenomenon. Mobility embedding refers to the population with mobility characteristics and needs in the minority groups. Due to subjective and objective factors, its non-essential differences are accepted, respected and recognized by the local population, and the process and state of change are centered on fluidity embedding. This paper examines the internal mechanism and external performance of the current phenomenon of ethnic minority population mobility. The internal mechanism of the phenomenon is the whole socialization process from the old place to the different place, showing four main links: the old place link. Mechanical embedding link, organic embedding link and intergenerational link; Its external performance is based on the two-dimensional perspective of the degree of identification and embedding, showing four types of reality: external advantage, external weak, potential advantage and potential weak. In the process of modernization. The four links of internal mechanism and the four kinds of states embodied in reality all show that the possibility and reality of risk, if not dissected and resolved, are in the era of globalization in which information flows at high speed. In view of the hidden risk and tension in the liquidity embedding, this paper based on the national unity, carried on the problem analysis and the countermeasure solution.
