【摘要】：人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)首都可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在，目前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)首都這一領(lǐng)域的研究甚少。本文采用主成分法對(duì)北京市人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，通過建立變異系數(shù)協(xié)調(diào)度模型對(duì)北京市1996-2010年協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果表明，1996年以來北京市人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)度呈上升趨勢(shì)，協(xié)調(diào)指數(shù)從0.61升至2010年0.73，系統(tǒng)間的協(xié)調(diào)狀況也從初等協(xié)調(diào)向中等協(xié)調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)變�？傮w來看，這些年北京市的協(xié)調(diào)度在不斷提高，但協(xié)調(diào)水平仍然不高。 北京市人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)程度變化可以分為兩個(gè)階段： 第一階段：（1996-2003）穩(wěn)定的低水平協(xié)調(diào)。這一時(shí)期，人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度一直維持在0.61-0.63的區(qū)間內(nèi)，只有在1997、1999年出現(xiàn)小幅上升。在1996-1999出現(xiàn)短期波動(dòng)后，2000-2003年，協(xié)調(diào)度出現(xiàn)小幅下降； 第二階段：（2003-2010）穩(wěn)步提高期。這一時(shí)期北京市的人口經(jīng)濟(jì)和資源環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)程度在穩(wěn)步提高，協(xié)調(diào)度從0.62提高到0.73。 未來北京市仍需注重提高勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì)，，提升人口發(fā)展水平；繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式和鞏固環(huán)境治理效果。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of population, economy and environment is the key to realize the sustainable development of the capital. At present, there is very little research in the field of the capital in academic circles. In this paper, the principal component method is applied to the population of Beijing. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of economic and environmental systems, the coordination degree of Beijing from 1996 to 2010 was quantitatively analyzed by setting up a model of coordination degree of variation coefficient. The results show that the population of Beijing has been in the city since 1996. The degree of economic and environmental coordination is on the rise, the coordination index is rising from 0. 61 to 0. 73 in 2010, and the coordination situation among the systems is also changing from elementary coordination to medium coordination. In recent years, the degree of coordination in Beijing has been improving, but the level of coordination is still not high. The change of population, economy and environment coordination in Beijing can be divided into two stages: Stage 1: 1996-2003) stable low level coordination. During this period, the coordination of population, economic and environmental systems has been maintained in the range of 0.61-0.63. It was only in 1997 and 1999 that there was a small increase. After the short-term fluctuation from 1996 to 1999, the degree of coordination decreased slightly from 2000 to 2003. In the second stage, the level of coordination between population, economy, resources and environment in Beijing has been steadily improved, from 0.62 to 0.73. In the future, Beijing still needs to pay attention to improve the quality of workers, improve the level of population development, continue to change the mode of economic growth and consolidate the effect of environmental governance.
