全球化背景下中國政治文化發(fā)展路徑探析

政治文化的研究自20世紀80年代傳入我國以來,一直是政治學界研究的新課題。而當前,全球化已成為一個席卷世界的時代潮流,中國的政治文化如何應對由此帶來的一系列前所未有的新不足,并以此為契機,發(fā)展適合我國國情,又能理性應對全球化趨勢的政治文化,其發(fā)展路徑是一個值得研究的不足。本文選題“全球化”時代,在全球化背景下,探索并淺析淺析中國政治文化發(fā)展的路徑安排。作者首先明確文章涉及的基本概念,包括全球化理論、政治文化理論,以及與此相關的政治合法性、政治認同、政治發(fā)展等理論,同時要在復雜的表象中厘清全球化的主要表現(xiàn),從全新的視角淺析淺析它對中國政治文化發(fā)展的影響。進而淺析淺析全球化背景下中國政治文化發(fā)展所面臨的壓力與挑戰(zhàn),動力與機遇,認為中國在這場全球化浪潮中應持一種理性積極的態(tài)度。而后為中國政治文化發(fā)展構建了三個具體的目標,并分別闡述了實現(xiàn)這些目標的路徑安排,最后提出完成路徑選擇,實現(xiàn)政治文化發(fā)展所要依靠的力量。第一章:緒論。本章首先闡述了全球化、政治文化、政治文化發(fā)展路徑的概念,指出本文的理論基礎,研究意 義和學術創(chuàng)新價值,并綜述了國內(nèi)外學者對該不足的研究成果,最后提出了本文研究的思路和邏輯框架以及擬采用的研究策略。第二章:首先淺析淺析了當代中國政治文化發(fā)展的全球化背景。首先,全球化時代中國政治文化發(fā)展面臨的機遇。包括全球經(jīng)濟一體化,貿(mào)易自由化,政治多極化,文化多碩博在線論文網(wǎng)化,這些都是我國政治文化發(fā)展可以利用的資源和機遇。其次,全球化時代中國政治文化發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。全球化對中國的經(jīng)濟安全提出了挑戰(zhàn),全球化過程中中國政治文化的發(fā)展要面對西方外來政治文化的入侵,抵御西方民主化的侵蝕。因此,在全球化的過程中,我們應該采取客觀理性的姿態(tài)去評價判斷這一過程,積極融入,獨立自主。第三章:在對中國政治文化的發(fā)展的時代背景有了明確的認識后,提出了全球化時代中國政治文化發(fā)展的目標建設。我國政治文化的發(fā)展是在全球化背景中,以社會主義市場經(jīng)濟為基礎,以民主和法治為目標,融合傳統(tǒng)政治文化和西方外來政治文化發(fā)展起來的,發(fā)展自主型政治文化才能更好的適應全球化浪潮。我國政治文化發(fā)展的路徑也必定是以這些特定的條件為依據(jù),發(fā)展與社會主義市場經(jīng)濟相一致的政治文化,發(fā)展民主法治型政治文化和自主型政治文化。第四章:全球化背景下中國政治文化發(fā)展的路徑安排。對于與社會主義市場經(jīng)濟相一致的政治文化發(fā)展路徑,主要從發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力,深化經(jīng)濟體制革新,注重效率與公平,統(tǒng)籌兼顧出發(fā);民主法治型政治文化的路徑安排,重點在于建立健全民主法治制度,提高公民的民主法治意識,推動政治參與的有序性和擴大化;自主型政治文化的路徑選擇落腳點在于處理好主流政治文化即以馬克思主義為指導的社會主義政治文化與傳統(tǒng)型政治文化和西方外來政治文化的關系。充分挖掘中國傳統(tǒng)政治文化精髓的同時,觀判斷西方政治文化和多種政治思潮,兼收并蓄資本主義發(fā)展百年以來的的優(yōu)秀政治思想為我所用。第五章:中國政治文化的發(fā)展離不開先進的主體力量的引領和推動,否則政治文化發(fā)展的目標就無從實現(xiàn)。人民群眾是歷史的創(chuàng)造者和推動者,是政治文化發(fā)展的源泉。在全球化背景下,對中國政治文化發(fā)展的推動作用最大的有三類主體:中國共產(chǎn)黨是領導力量,中間階層是新興實踐主體,第三部門是依靠力量。本文論題的研究有助于推動中國政治文化在發(fā)展中把握全球化的機遇,迎接全球化的挑戰(zhàn)。這對于我們抓住全球化帶來的機遇,吸收人類政治文明的優(yōu)秀成果,推動我國政治文化的大發(fā)展有重要意 義。同時本文論題的研究有助于為我國政治文化發(fā)展路徑獻計獻策。以期能夠為政治文化發(fā)展路徑提供選擇,在全球化背景下實現(xiàn)政治文化的現(xiàn)代化,實現(xiàn)社會主義政治文明。

【Abstract】 Since 1980s, the research on political culture came to China, and it was always a popular topic. At present, the globalization developed all around the word, and for Chinese political culture, taking the opportunity, it was worthy to research the path on how to deal with the globalization rationally and developed a kind of political culture which was suitable for our Chinese condition and situation.Under the background of the globalization, this thesis focused on the globalization, explored the path of developing the political culture, and tried to clearly define the globalization under the complex representation, and analyzed its influence on Chinese political culture development from a new view. It was related to the theory of globalization, and political culture, including political legitimacy, political recognitions, political development. Therefore, the main point of the introduction part was to make the basic idea clear.Chapter 1: Instruction. Some basic ideas were clarified, including globalization, political culture, the path of political culture development. And the theoretical bases, the researching significance and academicals innovation of this thesis were pointed out. Furthermore, summarize the research fruit of foreign and domestic scholar. In the end, we get the logic thought and frame, as well as the researching methods.Chapter 2: In this globalization times, the research on the path of Chinese political culture development would never be separated from the background. It brings the opportunities and challenges. And there is the motivation and also the resistance. We should face it rationally and analyze the way to develop Chinese political culture, and put forward some practical advice to adapt the globalization more and more.Chapter 3: After realizing the globalization background of Chinese political culture development, this thesis gave the objectives of Chinese political culture development under globalization. Chinese economic was based on the socialism economics and targeted on the democracy and nomocracy, and consolidated the traditional political culture and western foreign political culture. Therefore, developing the independent political culture will be more adaptive to the globalization. The path of Chinese political culture development must rely on those particular conditions, and develop the socialism economics accordant political culture, democracy and nomocracy political culture and independent political culture.Chapter 4: After realizing the globalization background and Chinese situation, the thesis will give a path arrangement to realize the objectives. Based on these three objectives accordingly, the relevant path arrangements were put forward respectively, to make the path designing more concretely and practically. Furthermore , there will be the discussion on three different objectives in the forth chapter respectively.Chapter 5: The development of Chinese political culture was never departed from the leading and promoting of the advanced groups, otherwise, the objectives would never come true. Under the globalization background, there are three groups who forced Chinese political culture to develop most: CPC was the leading group, the Middle Class was the new practicing group and the Third Sector was the reliant group.The research was helpful to grasp the opportunity and meet the challenge of globalization and promote the development of Chinese political culture. This thesis set the globalization as the background and analyzed the meaning of globalization, as well as its motivation and resistance to the development of Chinese political culture. As the globalization speedup, we should develop Chinese political culture reasonably, it would be benefit to master the chance, absorb the excellent achievements of political civilization and promote the development of Chinese political culture.Meanwhile, the research on this topic will make suggestions and advice to develop our political culture. As well provide the choice to the path of political culture to develop the modernization of political culture and realize the political civilization.
