SAPO-34模板法制備多級孔石墨烯籠用作雙功能氧還原/氧析出電催化劑(英文)

具有三維多級孔道結(jié)構(gòu)的石墨烯材料可以作為氧還原反應(yīng)、氧析出反應(yīng)的電催化劑,體現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的反應(yīng)活性。在合成石墨烯的眾多方法中,化學(xué)氣相沉積法(CVD)具有良好的應(yīng)用前景,但可作為CVD法石墨烯沉積模板的材料十分有限。本文采用磷酸硅鋁分子篩(SAPO-34)用作多級孔石墨烯的沉積模板制備石墨烯材料。所得石墨烯材料可完整保留SAPO-34分子篩的立方體顆粒結(jié)構(gòu),呈現(xiàn)為由具有微孔/介孔結(jié)構(gòu)的超薄石墨烯層圍成的微米尺度空心立方體結(jié)構(gòu)。引入氨氣煅燒,可以得到原子分?jǐn)?shù)6.84%的氮摻雜量。由于具有獨特的孔結(jié)構(gòu),豐富的缺陷位點以及良好的雜原子摻雜,制得的石墨烯材料體現(xiàn)出高效的雙功能氧還原與氧析出反應(yīng)催化活性。
