反相非水乳液法制備聚酰亞胺微球

【摘要】:在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/Pluronic-F127、十二烷基苯磺酸鈉(SDBS)/液體石蠟(LP)反相非水乳液體系中,以均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)為單體合成聚酰胺酸(PAA),采用吡啶/乙酸酐脫水劑,對(duì)PAA化學(xué)酰亞胺化,并進(jìn)一步熱酰亞胺化,制得PI耐熱微球.產(chǎn)物通過(guò)紅外、熱重、掃描電鏡表征.結(jié)果表明,較高的固含量和良好的乳液分散性有利于PI微球的形成;反相非水乳液體系穩(wěn)定的配比條件是,VDMF∶VLP為1∶4,MF127∶MSDBS為3:2,乳化劑用量為9 wt%;在此配比條件下,當(dāng)固含量為20%,熱酰亞胺化溫度不高于330℃時(shí),可制得分散良好、球形規(guī)整、高熱穩(wěn)定性的PI微球,其粒徑約為10μm.
[Abstract]:In N, N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) / Pluronic-F127, sodium lauryl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) / liquid paraffin (LP) reversed anhydrous emulsion system, polyamide acid (PAA), was synthesized from (PMDA) and 4, 4 / 4 diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) by pyridine / acetic anhydride dehydrating agent. PAA chemical imidization and further thermal imidization were used to prepare PI heat-resistant microspheres. The products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope. The results show that high solid content and good emulsion dispersion are beneficial to the formation of PI microspheres, and the stable proportion conditions of reverse aqueous emulsion system are as follows: VDMF:VLP is 1: 4, MF127 / MSDBS is 3? 2, emulsifier dosage is 9 wt%; Under this condition, when the solid content is 20% and the thermal imidization temperature is not higher than 330 鈩,
