【摘要】：為了給乙酸正丁酯的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)提供動(dòng)力學(xué)支持,文章在間歇攪拌釜式反應(yīng)器中利用酯交換法將乙酸甲酯轉(zhuǎn)化為乙酸正丁酯。首先篩選出Si-3為最優(yōu)催化劑,然后考察了轉(zhuǎn)速、反應(yīng)溫度、催化劑用量、醇酯比等因素對(duì)反應(yīng)過(guò)程的影響,確定較優(yōu)的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件為轉(zhuǎn)速400 r/min,反應(yīng)溫度70℃,催化劑用量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))20%,醇酯比(摩爾比)為1.25∶1。在323—343 K下,將實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合后得到酯交換反應(yīng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。正反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)為6 291.15 L/(mol·s),正反應(yīng)活化能50 134.7 J/mol;逆反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)為137.72 L/(mol·s),逆反應(yīng)活化能38 324 J/mol。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)與計(jì)算值的比較驗(yàn)證,此宏觀動(dòng)力學(xué)方程合理,可用于模擬計(jì)算。
