純物理法制備高長(zhǎng)徑比纖維素納米纖維的研究

【摘要】:為了制備具有高長(zhǎng)徑比、直徑均一的纖維素納米纖維,采用N-甲基嗎啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)水溶液溶脹和超聲波處理相結(jié)合的純物理方法,研究了溶脹和超聲波處理?xiàng)l件對(duì)纖維素裂纖效果的影響,得到制備纖維素納米纖維的最佳工藝條件:NMMO水溶液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為76%,溶脹溫度為100℃,溶脹時(shí)間為4 h,超聲時(shí)間為1 h。掃描電鏡和透射電鏡測(cè)試表明,所制得的纖維素納米纖維為纖絲狀,平均直徑約30 nm,長(zhǎng)度為幾微米左右。X-射線衍射分析表明,所得纖維素納米纖維為纖維素Ⅰ型結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)晶度較原料棉漿粕降低。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare cellulose nanofibers with high aspect ratio and uniform diameter, a pure physical method combining the swelling of N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) aqueous solution and ultrasonic treatment was adopted. The effects of swelling and ultrasonic treatment conditions on cellulose fiber cracking were studied.
