脈沖激光氣相轟擊法制備原位修飾納米釔鋇銅氧的組裝及其磁性能研究

【摘要】:采用脈沖激光轟擊修飾劑氣氛中固體靶的新方法,轟擊YBCO固體靶連續(xù)制得原位修飾nmYBCO乙醇溶膠,探索了修飾劑的選用對nmYBCO組裝形貌的影響。結果表明選用不同種類的修飾劑對nmYBCO的組裝形貌有顯著影響,其中以鄰苯二酚和2-硝基酚修飾后的自組裝形貌較為特異規(guī)整,且重現性較好。 采用脈沖激光轟擊2-硝基酚氣氛中的YBCO靶,連續(xù)制備2-硝基酚原位修飾nmYBCO乙醇溶膠,對其結構和性質進行了表征。結果發(fā)現2-硝基酚修飾后nmYBCO出現納米棒和納米球形顆粒的規(guī)整形貌,晶化程度變。粯悠烦练e在酸處理的鋅片、堿處理的鋁片和鋅片上時都表現出納米微粒的自組裝生長,且組裝形貌規(guī)整;2-硝基酚修飾后nmYBCO的紫外-可見吸收峰發(fā)生紅移,在一定程度上影響了nmYBCO的電子結構。 采用脈沖激光轟擊鄰苯二酚氣氛中的YBCO靶,連續(xù)制備鄰苯二酚原位修飾nmYBCO乙醇溶膠,對其結構和性質進行了表征。結果發(fā)現鄰苯二酚修飾后YBCO納米顆粒的形貌更為規(guī)整,出現蝶狀或枝狀的形貌;修飾后樣品沉積在未處理的鋁片、酸處理和堿處理的鋅片上時表現出納米微粒的自組裝生長,形貌較為規(guī)整均一;修飾后樣品紫外-可見吸收峰和熒光光譜吸收峰的強度有顯著降低。 采用脈沖激光轟擊修飾劑氣氛中固體靶的方法制得原位修飾的nmYBCO固體粉末,對其進行磁性測試。結果發(fā)現未修飾nmYBCO失去了超導性,并在30.00K以下發(fā)生鐵磁相變;經2-硝基酚修飾的nmYBCO在低于54.35K時恢復了超導性;經鄰苯二酚修飾的nmYBCO在低于56.84K也恢復了超導性,但體系中的非超導相在26.00K時發(fā)生了鐵磁相變,并且隨著溫度的降低,非超導相的鐵磁性急劇增強,最終甚至超過了臨界磁場,破壞了體系的超導性,使得nmYBCO/鄰苯二酚體系失去超導性。
[Abstract]:The in situ modified YBCO ethanol sol was prepared by bombarding the solid target in the atmosphere of the modifier by pulsed laser bombardment. The influence of the choice of the modifier on the morphology of the nmYBCO assembly was explored. The results showed that the morphology of nmYBCO was significantly affected by different modifiers. The self-assembly morphology of nmYBCO modified by catechol and 2-nitrophenol was more specific and regular, and its reproducibility was better. The YBCO target in 2-nitrophenol atmosphere was bombarded by pulsed laser, and 2-nitrophenol in-situ modified nmYBCO ethanol sol was prepared continuously. Its structure and properties were characterized. The results showed that the morphology of nanorods and spherical particles appeared in nmYBCO modified by 2-nitrophenol, and the degree of crystallization became smaller. The samples deposited on acid treated zinc sheet, alkali treated aluminum sheet and zinc sheet showed self-assembly growth of nano-particles, and the assembly morphology was regular. The UV-Vis absorption peak of nmYBCO modified by 2-nitrophenol is red-shifted, which influences the electronic structure of nmYBCO to some extent. The nmYBCO ethanol sol modified by catechol in situ was prepared by pulsed laser bombardment of YBCO target in catechol atmosphere. Its structure and properties were characterized. The results showed that the morphology of YBCO nanoparticles modified by catechol was more regular and sphenoid or dendritic. The modified sample deposited on the untreated aluminum sheet, acid treatment and alkali treatment of zinc showed the self-assembly growth of nanoparticles, the morphology is more uniform; The intensity of UV-visible absorption peak and fluorescence absorption peak were significantly decreased after modification. The in situ modified nmYBCO solid powder was prepared by pulsed laser bombardment of solid target in the atmosphere of modifier and its magnetic properties were tested. The results showed that the superconductivity of unmodified nmYBCO was lost and ferromagnetic phase transition occurred below 30.00K, and the superconductivity of nmYBCO modified by 2-nitrophenol was restored below 54.35 K. The superconductivity of nmYBCO modified by catechol was also restored below 56.84K, but the ferromagnetic phase transition occurred in the non-superconducting phase at 26.00K, and the ferromagnetism of the non-superconducting phase increased sharply with the decrease of temperature. Finally, the superconductivity of the nmYBCO/ catechol system is destroyed by even exceeding the critical magnetic field, which leads to the loss of superconductivity of the nmYBCO/ catechol system.
