內(nèi)乳化-外乳化結(jié)合法制備高固含量WPU分散體

【摘要】:以不同離子型和不同HLB(親水親油平衡)值的外乳化劑作為試驗(yàn)對象,采用內(nèi)乳化-外乳化法合成高固含量的WPU(水性聚氨酯)分散體。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)外乳化劑在預(yù)聚體乳化前加入且w(陰離子型外乳化劑)≤2%(相對于反應(yīng)原料質(zhì)量而言)時(shí),可獲得黏度適中、儲存穩(wěn)定、耐介質(zhì)性能和力學(xué)性能較好的高固含量WPU。
