【摘要】：正黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)提出:"創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理……提高社會(huì)治理水平",四中全會(huì)提出:"推進(jìn)多層次多領(lǐng)域依法治理。堅(jiān)持系統(tǒng)治理、依法治理、綜合治理、源頭治理,提高社會(huì)治理法治化水平",五中全會(huì)提出:"加強(qiáng)和創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理,推進(jìn)社會(huì)治理精細(xì)化,構(gòu)建全民共建共享的社會(huì)治理格局。"法治與科技進(jìn)步和社會(huì)治理之間有著內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系和外在的契合。在當(dāng)下中國,科技進(jìn)步在推動(dòng)社會(huì)治理水平持續(xù)進(jìn)步的同時(shí)也帶來了沖擊和挑戰(zhàn),也為中國法學(xué)的發(fā)展提出了新的問題、
