【摘要】： 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，中國在全球化、市場(chǎng)化、信息化與法制化的背景下，正以前所未有的速度步入現(xiàn)代化，大學(xué)生將成為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一進(jìn)程的中流砥柱。然而，在國際國內(nèi)形勢(shì)發(fā)生深刻變化的今天，特別是在依法治國，建立社會(huì)主義法制國家方略的實(shí)施過程中，部分大學(xué)生中存在著法律意識(shí)淡化等問題，甚至違法犯罪現(xiàn)象也時(shí)有發(fā)生。這一切，對(duì)大學(xué)生法制教育提出了更高的要求。在建立健全法制社會(huì)，構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)，大力推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的過程中，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法制教育的研究顯得尤為重要。 論文應(yīng)用法理學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)、思想政治教育學(xué)等理論方法，對(duì)大學(xué)生法制教育問題展開研究。通過對(duì)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)進(jìn)行調(diào)查，對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生法制教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生存在法律信仰淡漠、法律知識(shí)欠缺、心理健康狀況不良、違法犯罪的根源認(rèn)識(shí)不夠充分等問題，同時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn)存在大學(xué)生對(duì)法律素質(zhì)提高的迫切要求與當(dāng)前法制教育水平不高的矛盾。論文在新的歷史環(huán)境下，從社會(huì)、家庭及社區(qū)、高校教育以及大學(xué)自身特征四個(gè)方面系統(tǒng)分析了影響大學(xué)生法制教育的主要因素，深層次剖析了大學(xué)生法制教育問題的根源。論文認(rèn)為，新時(shí)期大學(xué)生法制教育應(yīng)遵循教育與自我教育相結(jié)合、疏與導(dǎo)相結(jié)合、全面滲透、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合以及差異對(duì)待的五大原則。最后，論文提出在新時(shí)期大學(xué)生法制教育的六大對(duì)策，，即加強(qiáng)思想道德教育、法制教育與社會(huì)化教育相融合、引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行自我完善、加強(qiáng)心理健康教育、重視家庭與社區(qū)教育以及積極應(yīng)對(duì)信息化。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, under the background of globalization, marketization, informatization and legalization, China is stepping into modernization at an unprecedented speed. College students will become the mainstay of this process. However, at a time when the international and domestic situation is undergoing profound changes, especially in the course of implementing the strategy of governing the country according to law and establishing a socialist legal system, some university students have some problems such as the dilution of legal consciousness, and so on. Even illegal and criminal phenomena occur from time to time. All these, to the university student legal system education has put forward the higher request. In the process of establishing and perfecting legal society, constructing harmonious society and vigorously promoting quality education, it is very important to strengthen the research of college students' legal education. This paper studies the legal education of college students by using the theories of jurisprudence, educational psychology and ideological and political pedagogy. Through the investigation of the legal quality of college students and the evaluation of the present situation of the legal education of college students, it is found that the college students have indifferent legal beliefs, lack of legal knowledge and poor mental health. At the same time, it is found that there is a contradiction between the urgent demand of college students for the improvement of legal quality and the low level of legal education at present. In the new historical environment, this paper systematically analyzes the main factors that affect the legal education of college students from four aspects: society, family and community, college education and the characteristics of the university itself, and deeply analyzes the root causes of the legal education of college students. The paper holds that the legal education of college students in the new period should follow the five principles of combining education with self-education, combining thinness with guidance, comprehensive penetration, combination of theory and practice, and differential treatment. Finally, the paper puts forward six countermeasures for the legal education of college students in the new period, that is, strengthening the ideological and moral education, integrating the legal education with the socialized education, guiding the college students to improve themselves, and strengthening the mental health education. Pay attention to family and community education and actively deal with information technology.
