靜電紡絲法制備鋯酸鑭超細(xì)纖維

【摘要】:為了獲得直徑更加均勻、細(xì)小的鋯酸鑭纖維,以無水三氯化鑭和八水氧氯化鋯為原料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)為助紡劑,采用溶膠-凝膠法制備紡絲溶液,經(jīng)靜電紡絲技術(shù)制備出前驅(qū)體纖維,再分別經(jīng)800、1 000以及1 200℃保溫8 h煅燒后獲得La_2Zr_2O_7超細(xì)纖維。利用DTA-TG、FTIR、XRD和SEM研究了鋯酸鑭纖維的形成過程。結(jié)果表明:1)未經(jīng)煅燒的前驅(qū)體纖維粗細(xì)均勻,平均直徑為400 nm;2)當(dāng)煅燒溫度為800℃時(shí),開始形成螢石型鋯酸鑭纖維,纖維直徑變細(xì),平均直徑為250 nm,纖維表面光滑;3)當(dāng)煅燒溫度為1 000℃時(shí),纖維中殘余有機(jī)基團(tuán)消失,物相為燒綠石結(jié)構(gòu)的鋯酸鑭,纖維表面開始變得不光滑,平均直徑為180 nm;4)當(dāng)煅燒溫度提高到1 200℃時(shí),鋯酸鑭纖維開始彎曲、粘連,表面更加粗糙。
