基于堿融活化的高嶺土水熱法制備干燥劑NaP分子篩

【摘要】:研究了含有石英成分的高嶺土的活化方法,并采用水熱法制備了干燥劑NaP分子篩。研究了碳酸鈉對(duì)高嶺土的活化效果、不同水熱反應(yīng)條件對(duì)NaP分子篩吸水率的影響,得到該高嶺土的活化條件為:m(高嶺土)∶m(碳酸鈉)=1∶1、在750℃下煅燒2 h;制備N(xiāo)aP分子篩的優(yōu)化條件為:n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)=4.0、n(Na_2O)/n(SiO_2)=1.4、n(H_2O)/n(Na_2O)=40、93℃下晶化8 h。
