一步乳液聚合法制備高溶解性導(dǎo)電聚苯胺

【摘要】:報(bào)道了一種高溶解性導(dǎo)電聚苯胺(PANI)的制備方法,以聚2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(PAMPS)作為摻雜酸和乳化劑,利用其特有的長(zhǎng)鏈、親水性及強(qiáng)酸性基團(tuán)效應(yīng),通過(guò)乳液聚合法一步合成出具有較高溶解性的導(dǎo)電聚苯胺。利用核磁共振光譜儀(NMR)、傅里葉紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等技術(shù)手段對(duì)產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進(jìn)行了表征分析。結(jié)果表明,在m(苯胺)∶m(AMPS)∶m(APS)=1∶2∶1.5;AMPS質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為20%;APS質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%;反應(yīng)時(shí)間為5 h;反應(yīng)溫度為5℃的條件下,聚苯胺的產(chǎn)率高達(dá)86%,在有機(jī)溶劑二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中的溶解度可達(dá)0.3814 g/g,在水中的溶解度可達(dá)0.2123 g/g,電導(dǎo)率達(dá)5.9 S/cm。
[Abstract]:A new method for preparation of highly soluble conductive Polyaniline (PANI) was reported. Poly (2-acrylamide) -2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (PAMPS) was used as dopant acid and emulsifier to make use of its unique long chain, hydrophilic and strong acidic group effects. Conductive Polyaniline with high solubility was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The structure and properties of the products were characterized by (NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the mass fraction of amps in m (aniline): m (AMPS): m (APS) = 1: 2: 1.5) is 20 and the mass fraction of amps is 30. The reaction time is 5 hours.
