【摘要】：為了考察含鈦爐渣作為硫酸法鈦白生產(chǎn)原料的可行性,分析研究了含鈦爐渣的物相組成、硫酸法鈦白生產(chǎn)過程中雜質(zhì)成分CaO、CaO、MgO、Al_2O_3、SiO_2、TFe、V和Cr等的去向,并對制得的鈦白初品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,含鈦爐渣中的雜質(zhì)元素SiO_2、V、Cr和CaO主要進(jìn)入酸解殘渣,MgO、Al_2O_3、TFe等主要進(jìn)入偏鈦酸過濾洗滌得到的廢液中,進(jìn)入最終鈦白產(chǎn)品的雜質(zhì)含量很低,不會影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the feasibility of titanium containing slag as raw material for production of titanium dioxide by sulphuric acid, the phase composition of slag containing titanium and the impurity CaO,MgO,Al_2O_3,SiO_2,TFe, in the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid were analyzed and studied. The origin of V and Cr, and the quality of the original titanium dioxide were analyzed. The results show that the impurity elements SiO_2,V,Cr and CaO in titanium-containing slag are mainly entered into the residue of acidolysis, and the content of impurity in the final product of titanium dioxide is very low, such as MgO,Al_2O_3,TFe and so on, in the waste liquid obtained from filtration washing of metatitanic acid. Will not affect the quality of the product.
