液相共沉淀法制備吉西他濱磁靶向納米粒

【摘要】:目的采用液相共沉淀法制備吉西他濱磁靶向納米粒,探索制備過(guò)程中的一些條件。方法觀察不同攪拌速度、Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)比、p H、溫度對(duì)四氧化三鐵(Fe_3O_4)納米粉的影響以及乳化水相/油相、超聲時(shí)間、固化溫度對(duì)磁靶向納米粒的影響。結(jié)果制備Fe_3O_4納米粉采用條件如下:800 r/min的攪拌速度、1.7∶1的Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)比、p H9、反應(yīng)溫度60℃,以及采用5∶40的水相/油相比、10 min的超聲時(shí)間、100℃的固化溫度。結(jié)論制備的Fe_3O_4納米粉粒徑小,純度高,無(wú)團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象,制備的吉西他濱磁靶向納米粒穩(wěn)定性好。
