凝膠法制備凝膠網(wǎng)絡-單晶復合物

【摘要】:一個多世紀以來,凝膠作為介質(zhì)被用于晶體生長,成功制備出了大量單晶.其中,越來越多的單晶被證明能在晶體生長過程中將凝膠網(wǎng)絡嵌入其中,從而形成兩相三維互穿的凝膠網(wǎng)絡-單晶復合物,這與自然界生物體中大分子嵌入單晶內(nèi)部以增強晶體力學性能的現(xiàn)象如出一轍.兼具單晶的長程有序特征和復合材料的綜合特性使得這種單晶復合物受到研究者的廣泛關(guān)注.本文綜述了凝膠法制備凝膠網(wǎng)絡-單晶復合物的研究進展,對具體技術(shù)手段、單晶中凝膠嵌入的表征、影響凝膠在單晶中內(nèi)嵌的因素以及單晶復合物的功能化4個方面進行了介紹和討論,并對今后的研究方向與前景進行了展望.
[Abstract]:For more than a century, gel has been used as a medium for crystal growth and a large number of single crystals have been successfully prepared. Among them, more and more single crystals have been proved to be able to embed the gel network in the process of crystal growth, thus forming a two-phase three-dimensional interpenetrating gel network-single crystal complex. This is similar to the phenomenon that macromolecules are embedded in single crystals in nature to enhance the mechanical properties of crystals. Both the long-range ordering of single crystals and the comprehensive properties of composite materials make this single-crystal complex attract wide attention. In this paper, the research progress in the preparation of gel network-single crystal complex by gel method is reviewed, and the characterization of gel intercalation in single crystal is given. The factors affecting the inclusion of gel in single crystal and the functionalization of single crystal complex were introduced and discussed, and the future research direction and prospect were also prospected.
