噴霧干燥法制備玉米黃色素微膠囊工藝研究

【摘要】:為了提高玉米黃色素的溶解性和穩(wěn)定性,以玉米黃色素乙醇提取物為原料,經(jīng)皂化純化后,采用噴霧干燥法制備玉米黃色素微膠囊,并通過單因素和正交試驗,研究了噴霧干燥法制備玉米黃色素微膠囊工藝。研究結(jié)果表明玉米黃色素微膠囊制備的最佳工藝條件:壁材阿拉伯膠與麥芽糊精的比例為1∶5,芯材含量為15%,進風溫度為170℃,進料量為10mL/min,在此條件下,玉米黃色素微膠囊率達到89.5%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the solubility and stability of corn yellow pigment, corn yellow pigment microcapsules were prepared by spray drying method using ethanol extract of corn yellow pigment as raw material. The preparation of corn yellow pigment microcapsules by spray drying was studied.
